Bobbi Beach House ist ein geräumiges Haus am Wasser mit für jeden etwas dabei!

In diesem Haus mit 4 oder mehr Schlafzimmern, einem Spielzimmer und einer großen privaten Auffahrt können Sie sich ein paar Erinnerungen machen. Die obere Ebene verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esszimmer, einem Waschraum, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, eines mit einer Jet-Badewanne und zwei Terrassen mit Blick auf den See. In der Garage befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Tischfußball, zwei Fahrräder sowie eine zusätzliche Gefriertruhe und ein Kühlschrank. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Dartscheibe, Airhockeytisch, Pelletofen, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein Familienzimmer mit Fernseher, DVD-Player, Projektor, verschiedenen Brettspielen und Puzzlespielen sowie Zugang zum Strand . An der Seeseite des Hauses befindet sich eine Anlegestelle mit Sprungbrett. Wenn Sie ein Boot mitbringen, gibt es viel Platz zum Festmachen. Wir haben auch 4 Kajaks, ein Tretboot, Kanu, Surfbrett, Schwimmwesten und Schlauchboote für unsere Mieter zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine große Terrasse auf dem Bootshaus mit Blick auf den See und Gartenmöbeln. Auf der einen Seite des Hofes befindet sich eine Hängematte, auf der anderen ein Grill mit Gartenmöbeln und eine Feuerstelle. Es gibt eine Nebenstraße namens Deer Creek, die schwieriger sein kann, es ist also nicht die empfohlene Route.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Bobbi’s Beach House. The home is spacious and everyone enjoyed the lake, pool table, ping pong table, etc. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting, too. It was a perfect way to spend time with friends and our pre-teen/teen kids. Bobbi was hospitable and responded quickly when we reached out to her. We hope to stay again.

Generous Host

The home is stocked generously with games, towels, lake toys, life jackets, kitchen tools, fridge/freezer space, beds and bedding. It is an older home that is on a beautiful lake. We had a boat we tied to the dock and played on the lake, beach, or playrooms all week. Everyone wants a return trip!

Fun family vacation!

Bobbi's beach house is the perfect vacation for our extended family. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and lots of fun for all the kids and adults from the age of 2 to 69! Most of our time was spent outdoors but when the weather wasn't as good there's plenty of room for family fun inside. The kids loved the pool table, air hockey and ping pong, but spent most of the time in the lake. We made great memories during our stay!

4th of July week

Our family of 15 people ranging in age from 5 to 74, all had an excellent time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor equipment all worked fine and provided a lot of entertainment for everyone. Bobbi’s home has a great view up and down the lake. We were fortunate enough to be there for the 4th and got to enjoy a pretty great fireworks show around the lake. The dock is perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. Check in was quick and easy - thanks for meeting us there! Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to return again next year!

Beautiful Lake Cavanaugh

Our family of 8 had a great weekend on the lake with the fun watercraft. While the house needs some updating (refrigerator leaks water, DVD player didn’t work, some musty spaces, broken shades, etc.), none of those dampened our spirits. Be aware that bottled water is recommended by the host because tap water is UV treated lake water. Also, none of us had cell service. Overall, it was a good spot for a family getaway, though - clean, roomy, lots of activities and a beautiful view.

2023 Annual Family Vacation

We had a great time, couldn’t keep any of us off the lake. We used some of the provided water toys and our own ski boat. Watched great meteorological shower from the dock and lawn. Kitchen worked for all our meals, sometimes with 4 people working at the same time. Extra fridge and pool table, ping pong table were great hits! Thanks Bobbie!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We enjoyed the large home for our family. It was nice to have bedrooms for the couples and a bunk room for the girls and plenty of mattresses for the guys. The house was stocked well and had the cooking items we needed. The pool table, air hockey and ping pong were fun for the evenings. We enjoyed all the lake toys and the great dock to swim and fish off of. The lake was very peaceful and relaxing. Bobbi was a great host who was responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Great way to spend Thanksgiving

Our family spent 3 nights at Bobbi’s lake house and had a fabulous time. Linen, pillows and towels were plenty and the kitchen was well stocked. Bobbi allowed us to check in early and was a gracious host. Would definitely go back. The fire pit, indoor games and water equipment provided us with awesome entertainment. Thanks Bobbi

Annual Girls Weekend

Bobbi’s Lake House fit the needs of our group of 9 women perfectly. We had a great time gathering in the large kitchen/dining/living room and we all slept comfortably in the numerous bedrooms. The outside gathering spaces also worked well for our group and we appreciated having the kayaks, peddle boat and other lakes toys to use. Unfortunately the weather was not the best, so we were not able to swim, but the ping pong table and other activities made up for the weather. Bobbi was great to deal with and was excellent with communication regarding the property. The only thing I would add, that might sound negative, would be the fact that the house needs updating. There is a musty smell in the basement that I’m sure is because of the carpet and the house being on the lake. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your lake home.

The house and all of the water fun was perfect for our family. Enough private rooms for everyone and a big living room/kitchen area for gathering. The inside game tables were a big hit too! The lake was warm and didn’t have too much “traffic”. At night we sat by the fire and looked at all of the stars. We would love to come back again!

A Diamond in the rough

I have rented many homes over the years, and this would be the first time I had to meet the owner at check-in. The owner met us at the home and gave us a walk through of the home. I can understand the owner wanting to meet the renters, but it’s not a common thing. A door code and keyless entry is preferred. After my week long visit I have a lot of suggestions…. 1. Thoroughly clean the home. 2. All Linens that cannot be washed/sterilized in between renters should be taken out of the home. 3. Invest in pillows that can be placed in washer an dryer, like “My Pillows”. 4. Thoroughly inspect all water toys in between renters. Fix or replace if water logged. (Doesn’t matter if replaced one year ago). Renters pay a lot of money to rent the home and deserve for everything in the advertisement/description to be in good working order. Expect to replace water toys often, if you have a popular rental. 5. Do something about the garage. It smells terrible, like mold and mildew. The garage doors look moldy. It is dirty and hard to breathe in there. 6. Provide recycle containers. We used all trash cans provided because we didn’t have a recycle bin to use. 7. Provide disposable sponges and sos pads for hand dish washing. 8. Change out the labels on the light switches, they’re too dark to read. 8. Organize the cabinets. Labeling may help keep them organized. 9. Provide more washcloths and towels per bathroom. 10. Provide beach towels for the lake. 11. Replace the leather furniture on main floor. It is uncomfortable. 12. Provide a DVD player for main level living area. 13. Provide a larger, flat screen for master bedroom and dvd player. 15. Swap the carpet on ground floor for tile. This will help to eliminate or control the odor. People walk in and out of the home after using the lake. The floor should be tile. 16. Please include in the description that the boat launch can close. This will help/deter renters who wish to bring a boat. It will save renters from needing to cancel reservation last minute. I was told boat launch was closed when I had no opportunity to cancel my reservation. Glad I had no plan to bring a boat. 17. Dogs can escape the yard. Improvements are needed to the fencing. 18. The two main floor double doors and the two ground floor double doors need some work. They jiggle too much, and I suspect a person could break in too easily. This home is a diamond in the rough.
