Amenities include 4 smart TVs, fireplace, free wifi, a balcony, a gas fire pit, a charcoal grill, and free use of the community amenities such as an outdoor pool during summer months, 2 hot tubs (year-round), Pickleball courts (2), Patio areas, and a ski shuttle to Snowbasin right from the development.

Our townhome is a haven of luxury and comfort, designed to host up to ten guests with ease. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, adorned with high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. The interior showcases elegant plantation shutters, warm wood flooring, and subtle recessed lighting. The living space, illuminated by natural light and mountain views, features a large smart TV and deluxe seating in an inviting open layout. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional space for four at the kitchen island. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances, a gas stove, a spacious quartz island, a large fridge, and all the essentials for crafting gourmet dishes.
