Experience Northern Arizona in The Cottage @ MP. We are centrally located and a great meeting spot for all your needs. The Cottage is a full 1900 square feet and has 2 levels for your family to enjoy!

The Cottage @ MP Accommodations:

Designed for entertaining inside and out, including the magical Munds Park front porch sitting.

Our large and fully stock and organized chefs kitchen offers an island, a pebble ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top, microwave, and oven. Perfect kitchen to cook up a beautiful meal. Lots of space for all your holiday cooking and baking needs.

The Cottage proudly serves Starbucks k-pods coffee and creamer for your morning cup of coffee.

Our cozy modern dining room table seats 6 and is a perfect area to enjoy a meal with loved ones all while taking in the majestic scenery or a game of cards!

The Cottage offers 1 primary suite with a luxurious adjustable king bed, all new bedding, a dedicated work space for those that have to work while on vacation, a smart TV with access to all your favorite apps and free live TV, and a private ensuite that is fully stocked all while being on the main level.

The second master suite has a luxurious king bed, all new bedding and mattress, a pull out queen sofa bed that is perfect for a family. Complete with a smart TV with access to all your favorite apps and live TV, and a full closet. The fully stocked restroom is right outside the entry door.

The cozy loft has a fun modern vibe with 2 single beds, all new bedding, all while situated close by the fully stocked full bathroom that is shared with the second primary suite.

Downstairs offers a fully stocked guest half bathroom.

The large walk in laundry room offers a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, and iron board for our guests to use and I do provide laundry pods and dryer sheets to use during your vacation.

We are one of the few homes in MP that has central AC and heat. This is an added bonus in northern Arizona during the hot and cold months.

The all new game room is complete with a pool table, air hockey and foosball and multiple seating areas to have a fun family night or simply relax with a glass of wine.

The expansive and impressive backyard is complete with a brand new all seasons hot tub with waterfall and provided towels, a fire pit area with 5 Adirondack chairs. Imagine the most perfect area for all your s'mores makings! Or we do have corn hole boards for your enjoyment. We have direct access to the National Forest thru our private gate.
Frog Tank Loop Trail is just steps away!

The Cottage offers several areas for outdoor MP living at its finest to enjoy the pines. Where you may be lucky enough to see wild life such as deer, elk, javelina, fox, skunks, cows, blue jay birds, etc. My husband loves birds, so you will most likely see a bunch of stellar jays and other wild birds enjoying a bite to eat at our bird feeder.

At The Cottage we do love animals but we do NOT allow any type of animal. Due to allergies we are a hypoallergenic home. Please do not send me a message asking if we allow pets as we do not but there are lots of cabins in the area that do. We love all animals but I want to be respectful of all my guests and their health concerns and allergies. If an animal is reported or seen, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and possible extra cleaning fees will be applied.

The Cottage has parking for 2-4 vehicles in the driveway. There is no street parking due to the cottage being in a cul-de-sac and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.

Our property does have 3 not in use exterior cameras, and the only working camera is a ring door bell at the front door to ensure the proper guests are at our cottage and to ensure the safety of our home during down times.

The Cottage has a perfect location and can be a great home base for all your exploring wants in Northern Arizona. I highly encourage guests to explore this great area!

Quiet hours in the park are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do have full time neighbors so we do ask that our guests respect the quiet hours.

No events or parties are allowed.

We are strictly a smoke free home so no smoking of any substances inside the cottage or the garage, and no burning of incense or candles. An extra deep cleaning fee will be applied if found.

The Cottage is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Flagstaff. Instacart delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered after you check in. You will want to plan accordingly however, the local gas station does have a mini-mart with a large supply of necessities.

I do have a second home in the park and I am usually there on the weekends and most holidays for all your questions and concerns.
