My studio apartment is quietly located in a green area on the western edge of Munich – ideal for anyone who values a relaxed atmosphere but still wants to stay well connected to the city.

The highlight of the apartment is the spacious terrace: you can enjoy your meals outdoors, unwind in the fresh air, or simply relax at the end of the day.

The space
The cozy studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – whether for a few days or longer. The open living and sleeping area is modern and functional, featuring a comfortable sofa bed (for one or two guests), a bar table with stools for dining or working, plenty of storage, and lots of natural light for a pleasant atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, with a stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils.

The apartment is located in a well-kept, quiet residential neighborhood. Free Wi-Fi and parking spaces in front of the house are available for your convenience.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay – including the kitchen, bathroom, living and sleeping area, and the spacious terrace.

A small storage room remains locked, as I keep some personal belongings there. I normally live in the apartment myself but clear it completely for your stay so you can feel right at home.
