Newly renovated loft in the historic heart of Munich. Prime location on a little side street just steps to the Marienplatz and Munich famous pedestrian mile well known for excellent shopping.
Great variety of restaurants, cafes, museums, and galleries. Subway station "Marienplatz" provides frequent & convenient access to all of Munich.
Beautifully decorated this loft excites with a stunning mix of old structures dating back as far as the 16th century and progressive elements. Parts of the old brick wall have been carefully exposed to create a tasteful suspense between contemporary art, mid-century and modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge freezer oven, electric cooking range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and water heater. All basics are provided.
Creating an cosy ambience the eye catching fireplace in the living room lounge is a perfect add on to relax and unwind.
The size of the loft is 56 square meter.

Outstanding Munich Experience - Couldn’t Ask for Better!We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at this property in Munich’s Altstadt. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations.Location (5/5): The location is simply perfect - we were literally steps from Marienplatz and right in the heart of Munich’s historic old town. We could walk to every major attraction, restaurant, and sight within minutes. The S-Bahn station was incredibly convenient for our airport transfers, and we never needed any other transport during our stay.Host (5/5): Our host was truly fantastic and went above and beyond throughout our visit. They were incredibly responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and made us feel completely welcome. You couldn’t ask for better hospitality - they really made our Munich experience special.Property (5/5): The accommodation was excellent in every way. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Having such a high-quality base in this prime location made our entire trip so much more enjoyable.We spent our days exploring everything from the English Garden to traditional beer halls, and it was wonderful to be able to walk home easily each evening. The property made our Munich adventure absolutely perfect.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of Munich. You can't beat the location of this loft--it is right around the corner from all the sights in Munich so you can easily walk everywhere. It's definitely creaky and funky but has everything you need. The check in process was smooth and communication with the manager excellent.

Had a great stay at this flat in Munich, what an amazing location close to everything! It had all the European charm you ask for and the most space we have had on our entire trip through our first 3 counties (and 4 towns). I would definitely recommend this place!

This is an authentically rustic apartment in the heart of busy old town Munich. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the building was safe and charming. The kitchen was quite small as pictured and the shower was typically European, quite tight.We did see a few cockroaches in the building but perhaps typical for a very old building in a dense city center. When we stayed at the apartment the kitchen faucet was very loose which made it tricky to turn on and off. We had a nice stay in this charming place.

Fantastic location in the heart of everything

Location, location, location
 it doesn’t get better than this loft! Our family of 3 came to Munich for Christmas markets and we were so happy that we chose this place. You are 5-7 minutes walk from all the best main sights in Munich. Marienplatz and Viktualien market are literally around the corner. This loft is in a historical building from the 16th century which adds to the uniqueness and style of the home. It was a perfect setting for Christmas. Excellent communication from the host, very helpful and quick. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you
