Modern 2BDR apartment near Olympia Park
This very new and big flat in central Schwabing is extremely cozy and comfortable. 5 mins walk to subway, 5 mins walk to BMW Welt, 1 min Olympia Park and many more central hot spots. Very strategic location to explore Munich.
The neighborhood is quiet with many young couples without kids living in the building (built in 2019) with a beautiful backyard. You can see the afternoon sun from The big balcony on the living room and morning sun from the French balcony in the bedroom.
The space
Contemporary with art in mind: our flat is designed to make you feel at home! With new furniture and decoration items you will feel the warmth of our place. The bedroom is large with a nice queenside bed and lots of light coming in. The french balcony in the bedroom Leads to a nice view with a huge tree.
The bathroom is only two years old therefore very modern and clean. From the real wood tops on the shelfs to the creme tiles, it is designed to give good vibes. A big bathtub invites for a long bathing session with candles that are there to use. All of the appartment and the bathroom have floor heating.
The kitchen is a classic with a window. It is small but very well planed. Therefore the cooking experience is quite nice. A coffee machine, cattle and oven are there too. Feel free to use the coffee left for you! The window in the kitchen opens, so you can cook without the whole place smelling after. The big dishwasher is also a huge plus ;)
The living room is quite big and is also the dining room. With a big sofa and tv you can use our Netflix and watch movies in the cozy months like December. With our high speed internet you can enjoy the highest resolution movies and shows. The dining table seats 4 people.
You can also wash and dry your clothes in the apartment.
