Lovely beach house, simply furnished but practical and comfortable, located in the tourist centre of Costa Rei.
It is ideal for families with small children, teenagers and couples who enjoy a totally relaxing holiday amidst the splendid crystal-clear waters of the Sardinian sea.
Casa Azzurra is located in Costa Rei, in the municipality of Muravera, 400 metres from one of the most characteristic beaches on the Sardinian coast.
It is developed on one level and at the entrance presents a living room furnished with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a small dining area with a path.
A bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, complete the house.
The entire property overlooks a porch well furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air. In the well-kept garden there is also a well-equipped barbecue area and a comfortable outdoor shower.
The House is managed by Sardinia Chic, which is a qualified company in touristic and hosting services. Our aim is to offer you a unique experience. Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.
Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.
Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.
For evening arrivals, a supplement of ⏠100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of ⏠300,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
The Tourist Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Muravera/Costa Rei requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site: from 1st January to 31st May and from 1st October to 31st December, ⏠0,50 (zero/50) per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 nights (excluding minors 10) and from 1st June to 30th September, ⏠1,00 (one/00) per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 nights (excluding minors 10). The tourist tax, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
**Pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed in this property at no additional charge, excluding breeds considered dangerous. The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking, specifying its weight and breed. This information is a mandatory condition for acceptance.

To reach the Costa Rei means going through one of the most evocative territories of Sardinia.
Costa Rei is a pretty tourist center that overlooks a very long stretch of very fine white sand that lapped the sea from the colors that fade from emerald green to deep blue. 10 kilometers of beautiful beach is the ideal destination for any type of holiday, for the shallow sea and for the great variety of tourist services present, including hotels and restaurants of excellent quality.
The beauty of this area is enhanced by the profile of the Sette Fratelli Mountain complex that dominates the Park, a valuable naturalistic oasis and an ideal place for relaxing walks. The beaches that can be visited staying in Costa Rei are innumerable and include not only the territory of Muravera but also the nearby Castiadas and Villaputzu.
Scoglio di Peppino
The nearest beach to La Casa Azzurra is the âScoglio di Peppinoâ and it is located about 400mt far, more or less a 4 minutes walk. It is one of the most beloved and populated beaches of the Sardinia South-East coast because of its beauty, on calm sea days it looks more like a natural swimming pool than a seafront. The beach takes its name from the magnificent big granite rock located on the right side of the beach. The story goes that the rock was the favorite spot of a fisherman called âPeppinoâ. This beach is perfect for families with children because of the safe and fine sandy seabed.
The other most popular beaches are, Feraxi, Monte Turnu, Cala Sinzias and Cala Pira.
