The accommodation is spread over two floors and is organized as follows:



GROUND FLOOR:

- KITCHEN with sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, induction stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, split air conditioning;

- FULL BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;



FIRST FLOOR:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, rocking chair, chest of drawers, split air conditioning;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, split air conditioning;

- FULL BATHROOM II with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, private entrance, split air conditioning and heating (in the kitchen and bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.



In this structure, check-in is carried out in self check-in mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.



N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.



We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.



In case of unscheduled use of extra linen, EUR 15 will be charged for each linen kit used.



Muravera, located on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, is an ideal destination for those seeking crystal-clear sea, unspoiled nature and authentic traditions. The area is famous for its spectacular beaches, such as San Giovanni, Torre Salinas and Colostrai, perfect for those who love tranquility, with golden sand and breathtaking landscapes. Further south, the famous Feraxi, Piscina Rei, Costa Rei and Cala Sinzias offer kilometers of sandy coastline, well-organized services and a transparent sea with shallow waters. Don't miss the scenic Scoglio di Peppino, one of the symbols of the area.

In addition to the sea, Muravera is surrounded by natural beauty such as the oases of coastal ponds and the Baccu Arrodas Forest, ideal for hiking and birdwatching. The areas of Capo Ferrato and Monte Ferru offer panoramic routes with sea views and wild coves. Nearby are also the Is Zuddas Caves, fascinating karst formations that can be visited.

From a cultural point of view, Muravera preserves a rich heritage: the Donna Francesca Sanna Sulis Museum, Nuragic sites, domus de janas and coastal towers such as Torre Salinas and Torre dei Dieci Cavalli, which tell the defensive history of the territory. Finally, local tradition is celebrated every year with events such as the Citrus Festival and the Summer Carnival, with parades, traditional costumes and typical products.



To reach the house comfortably, and enjoy all the main attractions of the area, we recommend using a car; you can rent one directly at the airport or in the main neighboring cities.
