Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five minutes from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, and Broadway at the Beach! With only a 15-minute drive to Myrtle Beach, you can experience the excitement of the Grand Strand and retreat back to your Garden City getaway! The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more!



Guest Access:

Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!



Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!





Secured parking garage available for both motorcycles and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!



Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo! (one for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest!Please return all wristbands and Parking Passes to avoid 50% fees for lost or damaged items.



More than 4 wristbands will not be supplied per reservation.
