Enjoy a relaxing beach getaway at a cozy two bedroom condo with incredible OCEANFRONT views and direct access to the beach! Located in the family friendly Garden City Beach area south of Myrtle Beach, this unit is on the 9th floor of the Royal Garden Resort, offering panoramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the balcony and living room. Watch the sun rise over the horizon, listen to the sounds of the waves, and kick back and relax!

This two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6, offering one queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin-sized beds in the second bedroom, plus one queen pull-out sofa bed. Plenty of living space for entertaining friends, family, and children. The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as an in-unit washer, dryer, central heat and AC, dehumidifier, ceiling fans, and furnished private balcony.

The master bathroom has a full tub shower, and the hallway bathroom has a stand-up shower. TVs are located in both bedrooms as well as the spacious living area with cable and Wi-Fi.

Guests will be provided with starter kits of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap) and basic supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and coffee. Bath towels and bed linens are also provided.

The Royal Garden Resort offers a wide variety of amenities, including a large outdoor & indoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, Salty Pickle restaurant & bar, charcoal grills, three elevators, and covered free parking for up to 2 cars during your stay. The resort has private beach access too to make your beach stay easy and enjoyable! Guests will have full access to the condo and the resort's amenities.

Garden City Beach is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are less than a mile south of Royal Garden Resort. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north of the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is also a short 10-minute drive away and offers spectacular waterfront dining and seafood.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE From Royal Garden Resort HOA: Please note that beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025 the Royal Garden Resort will begin working on constructing new balconies and waterproofing the exterior of the building that is oceanside. This process involves construction activities on the facades and balconies of the condos. It also involves the use of machinery during construction hours, Monday through Saturday 9AM to 6PM. This work will continue through the end of the year and may temporarily limit the use of the building’s outdoor pool and possible loss of access to the condo's balcony during your stay depending on the work's timeline.
