4 bedroom home sleeps 8 with large family room kitchen with an island that seats 4. Jack and Jill bathrooms. Large back deck overlooks pond front porch overlooks pond. Home is in Oceanside Village great community with free beach parking. Has indoor pool outdoor pool splash pad. Basketball, baseball field, tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes and bocce

I rent home from Saturday to Saturday.

There are blink cameras outside on golf cart, front door and driveway for the security of my home.

We have a pack and play to use as crib for little one and do provide beach towels too

This property was just as pictured and had everything we needed for a full month stay. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The view outback is beautiful of the lake and the indoor pool backs right up to the backyard. The golf cart works perfectly and if you choose to walk to the beach it only takes a few minutes. I would recommend this house for a family vacation or for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The host was very helpful with any questions we had. The location was great and easy to access. The yard worked out great for our Aussie, Millie. We enjoyed one of the lakes right out the back door. We enjoyed time out on the deck and thankful it had gates to the openings, so Millie could hangout with us too. We all enjoyed golf cart rides around the park. The master bedroom was good size and also the room with the twin beds and washer and dryer. The rooms with the full size beds were rather small. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot. The table was big enough for us to all enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together. The people in the area were all very friendly. We were unable to take the golf cart to the beach, but it was a short easy walk to the beach entrance. Many of the houses were decorated for Christmas, so we liked getting to see them via the golf cart.

Great home that is warm and welcoming!

The house is located 25 yards from the indoor pool. The home was warm and very welcoming. It is decorated very beach and was clean and organized. The home is also about 4 minute walk to the beach. The golf cart and private access was such a bonus. Michelle was very nice to work with and she even took the time to communicate with us some of the special events going on while we were there. Hoping we will have the opportunity to come and stay again!

Sweet Spot

My husband and I stayed in this adorable sweet spot for my 60th birthday. We walked the Brookgreen gardens and Huntington Beach State Park and oh course the beautiful beach. The house was very clean and accommodating to all our needs. Great location! Michelle was extremely kind and very accommodating with scheduling and making sure everything was ready for our stay. Delightful place and host, thank you very much.

Beach Cottage

A wonderful beach house and community. 4 minute walk to the beach, golf cart community. The residents were very nice. Indoor pool was perfect for the chilly winter days. Was more than a house, it was a home for our stay.

Great location

The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too.

Relaxing visit

The stay was very lovely. All things that we needed or would desire were available (beach towels, sand buckets, golf cart, cooking supplies, games, etc). The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy! Very convenient location( easy access to indoor pool, basketball court, pond, beach). We have stayed at Oceanside Village for years and this property was one of our favorites- even plenty of yard space.

This was a well-maintained home near the beach. Family room/dining area was open and accommodating for our group of 8. The use of the Golf cart was awesome! Beds were comfy. Nice to have 4 toilets with the size of our group-lol! I know it may sound funny to mention, but it was really appreciated! Host responded timely to concern of A/C unit. The only "issue" would have been with your cleaning staff-wish they were finished before check-in as we couldn't truly check-in till almost 5. But that is not on the host. Would stay here again!!

Great Stay for Beach

Stayed for a Coastal Carolina graduation week. Excellent place to enjoy the Ocean while avoiding big tourist areas. Nice walkable beach restaurant and also a short drive from lots of good food in Murrells Inlet. The golf cart is an added bonus especially for a quick grocery store trip.

Great little beach house

Can't beat the location! About an 8 min walk to the beach. Or drive the golf cart. Even better! We had everything we needed, host was available and very helpful. Loved the golf cart rides (didn't think we'd even use it, but it was fun and helpful for getting beach stuff to the beach too!) Everything was clean, we had plenty of space. Kids enjoyed the front yard space too! Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

October fishing trip

The place was as advertised plenty of rooms and beds. Nice to have you own bathroom with Jack and Jill bath/ showers. The only thing that needs to be changed is the shower liners where black and need to be changed. Overall nice and quiet with everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Great Spot!

The house and location to the gated beach access was spectacular! Golf cart was great! Clean as a pin and loaded with regular items needed was very much appreciated. If I were to get picky, I’d say the mattresses need to be upgraded, but the current ones did not take away from a great trip! Thanks for sharing your place with us!
