IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

House Rules are strictly enforced. Please review all rules prior to booking and contact us with any questions.

Quiet hours and occupancy limits are mandated by local ordinance. Noise levels must be kept respectful at all times. Violations or neighbor complaints may result in fines, forfeiture of security deposit, and/or immediate eviction.

Pool & Spa Heating are an additional cost. Cost is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat them. Generally pool heating will run approximately $150/$250 per day, depending on weather and desired temperature.

Pool heating is not available October–March and is not recommended when nighttime temperatures fall below 50°F.

Jacuzzi heating is available year-round for an additional fee: $20 to heat to 102°F, plus $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

La Cresta is a prestigious hidden community located in the hills of Murrieta and only minutes from the 15 freeway.

*Please make sure you do not use home as a venue to party or have gatherings over the occupancy limit and vehicle limit of 6 at all times. Violation will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
* Pool heating not available November-March. Pool water will not heat when outdoor temperature are below 50 degrees. April-October pool heating is available for an additional fee. Will require an additional $500 deposit. Must disclose prior to making reservation.
House Rules with Terms and Conditions:

Guest Reserving: must be at least 25 years of age- ID check at check in

A SEPARTATE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $750 WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS POOL/JACUZZI HEATING, ANY MINOR DAMAGES TO HOME OR ITS CONTENTS AND OR EXTRA GUEST NOT REGISTERED. FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN 5 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT IF NO ISSUES.

Occupancy Limits:
The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, up to 14 guests when registered during booking. No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time.

Visiting Guests:
Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa. If Responsible Guest would like to invite other guests to spend the day at Villa , host must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited who were not pre- approved by the host.

Parties and Events:
No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits.

Noise:
Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 8am. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:30pm and should not resume until 8:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc.

Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $500 fine, $1,000 for the second occurrence and $2,500 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.


Pets:
Only permit small ( under 15lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an addional fee ($50 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times.

Parking:
All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 7 vehicles at all times.

Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.
Customer Service
We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest.

Pool Heating
Responsible Guest can request the pool to be heated to 80 degrees. But because our home uses propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 per day with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before. Pool heating only available April thru October and or when outdoor temperatures are above 45 degrees during the evening to early morning hours.

Jacuzzi Heating:
Available year-round for $20 to get water temperature to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain that temperature.

Children:
Children are most welcome at our home. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.

Security Cameras:
Guest understands that Villa features video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that Villa may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols.

The house and estate is extremely beautiful. The extensive Christmas decorations were a much appreciated touch, and the views from the house (from top of the hill) were breathtaking. The kids loved the koi pond, and the little kids loved playing on the dirt work road below the home. The owners spent tons of time upgrading and updating the landscape, which we appreciated. The interior of the house--also beautiful--was not practical for our group of 13. The master suite is opulent and worthy of a palace. The bathroom (with two toilets!) was humongous and by itself bigger than most master bedrooms. The other bedrooms (4 including a converted study), were more prosaic and on the smaller side. Accordingly, it is difficult to add cots or air mattresses to these rooms. So, large groups may want to place cots in the master or living rooms.Our biggest niggle was the heating surcharge. The ad asserted that we would be charged for heating the hottub or swimming pool. The weather was too cold for these activities, so we did not heat them. However, we did heat the house, which apparently went over the daily propane allowance. We felt like we were being nickeled and dimed for trying to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. This would likely not be a problem in warm weather, but it is a problem in winter. To conclude, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The TLC showered on this house was clearly apparent. An ideal location for up to 10 guests.

Son’s wedding

Our stay at this property was amazing. Our experience at this house was great but very short. The place is gorgeous! My only regret is that we weren’t able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. My family and I were there for our son’s wedding which happened to be 30 minutes from the property. We were in and out of the house, therefore, unable to enjoy this beautiful place. Lily was very helpful and communicative about everything we needed to know about the place. Thank you Lily! I would love to come back to it when is a little warmer in California. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub which we weren’t able to enjoy once due to the cool weather. Other than that, we built great memories as part of our son’s wedding! Would definitely recommend!!

Awful weather, but a great time!

We gathered some friends and family who used to go to Coachella together to rent this house, hang out and watch the livestream of the festival in mid-April (since we're too damn old to go anymore, haha). Overall the house was really great and pretty much just as advertised. The big bummer was that the weather ended up being cold, windy, and rainy to the point where we stopped heating the pool on day 1 (to save on propane costs) because there was just no way to enjoy it unfortunately. We did take advantage of the spa during sporadic periods of decent weather though, which was lovely. The backyard is beautiful with scenic views, I know we would've been out there about 80% of the trip had the weather been better. The property is up on a hill and very private, which was awesome. The koi pond by the front entrance is a cool touch and the owners even invite you to feed them. Speaking of the owners, they were very helpful and communicative. Inside, it's a little odd how massive the master bedroom & bathroom are - as far as the floor plan, it would certainly be more practical to use some of that immense space for other rooms, haha...but to each their own! The main family room's big TV & sound system were perfect for our purposes streaming the fest, we were really bumping the music and with the doors clothes still weren't disturbing the neighbors at all. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, we cooked all our meals there. All in all it was still a fun weekend!

The property was exactly as described with a few additional perks. We opened the door to a fully Christmas decorated house. We just added our presents under the tree and hung stockings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for the entire family to hangout to watch movies and cook together. It was amazing.

Beautiful home and surrounding property. The neighborhood is phenomenal. Gorgeous homes on the hills all around to look at when you’re outside on the patio areas. So peaceful. From the amazing pool, slide and jacuzzi to the fireplaces, the pool table, the really comfy mattresses and the Coy pond & waterfall out front - everything was just done so well. Had the whole extended family there for Thanksgiving week and everyone had a blast. Definitely would stay there again.

The home was pretty but the air conditioning did not work properly. A few of our guests left early due to being to hot in the home. The homeowner came by to give us portable fans the night before we were to leave. The pool was nice but the spa never worked. The area around the pool were not swept or washed down. Overall we were disappointed. I think I left the house cleaner than when I arrived.

We all had our own bedrooms and baths, (3 families, one with three kids). We ate every meal outdoors by the pool or looking at beautiful views from side patio. The game changer was the water slide. Everyone had fun going down it. Very private, but you are 10 minutes from all kinds of shopping and restaurants and we had food delivered one night. Very nice manager and owners. We’d stay again!!
