Casa Verde 4P guesthouse with private heated pool

Casa Verde Guesthouse is a spacious and luxurious 4-person accommodation with a private heated swimming pool (saltwater). The swimming pool is located on the private part of the terrace. Around the pool, you will find the cool veranda with a ten-person dining table. You will also find the outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ, sunbeds and a cosy lounge set.

This attractive terrace is directly adjacent to the guesthouse where you will find a fully equipped (indoor) kitchen. With fully furnished, we mean that everything is there; from a knife set to spices, from extensive glassware to an oven, fridge/freezer or blender. The home cooks can get to work! The guesthouse has a stylish living room, the aforementioned kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning) and a very spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower and a toilet with bidet.

Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The lower floor, we call this the guesthouse, is adjacent to the large terrace, with swimming pool, veranda with dining table, sunbeds, lounge set and BBQ outdoor kitchen. The guesthouse has its own entrance and entrance.

The top floor of the house, which we call the villa, is inhabited by the owners. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay. You, therefore, retain your complete privacy, and you have the heated swimming pool entirely to yourself.

Casa Verde is centrally located on the Golf & Spa resort of Bonalba and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beaches and the city of Alicante can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
