Sleeping: When night falls, or it's time for an indulgent afternoon nap, a comfortable double/queen bed awaits in the bedroom. There is ample storage, and all linens and towels are provided for guests. Additional sleeping arrangements include a single bed and the living room sofa, which opens to accommodate two guests.



Bathroom: The bathroom is stylish and immaculate. The villa's Cycladic elegance continues into the bathroom, where white curves flow in a modern and classic aesthetic.



Living: The modern open floorplan consists of a combined sitting and dining area that leads to the well-stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It is a light-filled, flowing, and comfortable room.



Kitchen: The villa's modern kitchen offers convenience. It is well-equipped with appliances for cooking on holiday and stocked with the basic necessities for cooking, such as pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes.

Enjoy romantic outdoor dining or relax and catch up on some reading on your private terrace. When you're ready for a swim or sunbathing, you can select either of the two exclusive semi-private pools.

The closest beach is lovely Kapari Beach, where you'll find mixed sand and nice swimming. Also nearby is the charming village of Ornos and its sandy beach. The town sits on a narrow isthmus between two sandy beaches. On the north side, you'll find the strong winds of Korfos Beach, a p

opular place for kitesurfing. On the south side of the isthmus is the sheltered cove of Ornos Beach. The sun loungers and umbrellas provide a relaxing escape for visitors. A fun trip is to take a boat from Ornos to nearby beaches and the island of Delos, known for its archaeological ruins.



Ornos has more than a dozen traditional Greek tavernas, bars, and restaurants. There is also a supermarket alongside a great bakery and a pharmacy.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
