Carmen 1 is located on a hillside in a secluded rural area although close to the town, 50 meters from the coast in an unspoiled setting overlooking the sea and the picturesque part of Mykonos town “Little Venice”.
The villa was built in 2017 and it is divided into two levels.

A 160 square meters, two-level property, all in white, perched on a hillside with breath-taking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea with a large open plan living area indoors and outdoors and offering privacy and seclusion in a very idyllic spot.

The ground level consists of a bright elegant living room and a charming spacious dining room, both with direct access to the infinity pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with king size bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a large veranda on the pool area that offers amazing view of the sea and the town.

The top level consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, en suite fully equipped bathroom, two bedrooms with queen size beds and another fully equipped bathroom, all of them with gorgeous sea and town views.
Outside the villa features a large and elegant infinity swimming pool of 30 m2, surrounded by a spacious sun deck that includes a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas with cushions, sun beds, deck chairs and a large dining table.

The garden is rich of palm trees and a selection of flowers that create a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellness.
Carmen 1 is the ideal place where you can relax after a long day at the wonderful beaches of the island or after living the frantic nightlife.

Minimum stay 5 nights.

A damage deposit of € 600, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
