Outdoors, thoughtfully curated spaces invite slow, meaningful living—whether soaking in the 50m² private heated pool (1.50 depth, can be heated with additional fee) featuring also a kid’s pool 5m2 , unwinding on bespoke loungers, or sharing golden-hour meals around the shaded dining area, complete with a charcoal BBQ, sink and elegant tableware. Perfect for friendly getaways or family escapes, the villa offers a dedicated playground, trampoline, and climbing structure for younger guests, along with table tennis and a mini basketball court for laid-back fun. - Pool Temperature | Heating Temperature Could Vary Up To 26 °C Subject To The Outdoor Weather Conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool Heating Is Typically Used During The Months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 Days’ Notice Prior Arrival Is Mandatory For The Pool To Reach The Optimal Temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/Day
- Booking Duration | Pool Heating Is Exclusively Bookable For The Entire Stay, At The Cumulative Cost As Outlined Above.
- Weather Conditions | When The Outside Temperature Is Above 25 °C Or In Case Of Rain It Shall Not Operate. Kindly Note That A Pool Cover Is Not Available

Three serene double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A fourth bedroom is found on the lower level, complete with its own kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking a little more independence. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living area blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering, dining, and unwinding. Full-length doors open directly onto the sunlit pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. With accommodation for up to eight guests in real beds—and the option for an additional guest on the sofa—the villa graciously hosts up to nine guests in total, offering a sense of intimacy, space, and relaxed comfort throughout.
