Finishing constracting only in spring of 2022, this beautiful property will be the ideal destination for unforgettable holidays. Two 3 bedroom villas (East & West) with ensuite bahtrooms and well maintaned outside areas are built right next to each other, but at the same time, each villa has obtained total privacy for its guests.

Villa Melidonna West is keeping things plain and useful , a chance to get back to basics, to consider ideals of good design and traditional elements yet with a modern & luxurious approach. This way of living feels refreshing at a time when things seem to have a tendency to get over-complicated.

Furthermore following our ecological consciousness, we added solar panels that provide not only hot water but enough electricity for the whole villa.



INTERIOR



As you enter you first get to see a spacious open plan living room with a comfortable corner sofa (that can be transformed into a single bed) and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you may need to prepare your meals. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment. A 50' inches satellite Smart Tv (with Netflix) and a corner fireplace enhance this feeling. There is also direct access to the pool and garden area from there.

Moving further you can find three double bedrooms all with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 of them featuring a double bed while the 3rd one features 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 32' satellite Smart Tv. while, new orthopedic mattresses and high quality beds will ensure a good night sleep!

Last, all areas are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wifi is accessible in all villa premises.

A 4th full bathroom is to be found ,formed in particular for people with special needs and disabilities, while for this reason there are no stairs at all trough the property.



EXTERIOR



Between Crete's wild mountains and olive groves, lays our lovely villa. Stunning rural views will provide the peace and quiet you seek for during your vacation. A 36sqm meter private pool (1,20-1,50m depth) with a friendly children area, for a refreshing dive during warm summer days is the highlight piece of the exterior. Next to it, a children playground and a charcoal bbq with sink are placed. From there eye contact to the pool is secured so you will not miss a moment from the rest of the family/group.

On top of these various comfortable and stylish outside furniture will attend your every need. Shadow is provided by both a wooden pergola as well as an extra sun umbrella. Well maintaned lawn garden and a few local herbs and flowers are set up always with high respect to the local fauna & flaura. Finally a ping pong table is provided for your entertainment!



In walking distance to the small picturesque Melidoni village. There you can find a few local traverns and a mini market. Furthermore in Perama village is everything you might need as supermarket, several shops, gas station, health care center, atm etc. In general this area is a great base if you want to explore both rural Crete and its authentic villages as well as some of the greatest sandy beaches that North Crete offers all within a few minutes drive.

An important historical landmark for Cretan people ,that definitely worths a visit as well and will be very close to you is Melidoni Cave which accepts daily plenty of visitors.

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 10.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
