Guests are expected to leave the villas in a reasonable condition upon check-out.



Maximum number of guests should match the rental agreement.



Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times. Children under 12 are not allowed in pools without adult supervision. Diving is not allowed.



A government climate resilience fee of €15 per night applies and is payable in cash upon arrival.
