Great fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home for those who choose to cook a meal. On the other side of the large pass through is a dedicated dining area so cook in or take out is so convenient. Take advantage of wonderful local restaurants offer curbside pick-up or delivery.

Your home away from home is situated on one of several lakes throughout this tranquil beach community, which offers walking trails and on-site dining and coffee shops. Perfect location for a family or friends beach vacation, business trip, conferences or a special Myrtle Beach venue event - and so much better than staying in just a hotel room.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and fitness center.

We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us for alternate dates, shorter stays and longer "snowbird" rates. HOA policy states that the guest making a reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
