Just a few steps to the blue Atlantic! Bay View Resort is unique among the hotels in town as it is within a short walk to both the pier & the restaurants on the north, and the boardwalk on the south! Just follow the paved trail on the ocean-front to the north or the south and you'll find yourself on the pier or the boardwalk in 5-10 minutes! The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is only 2,800 feet away! This ocean view room comes with a private balcony overlooking the Myrtle Beach shoreline and the Atlantic Ocean as well as two Full Beds and Bathroom; Compact Refrigerator; Microwave; Coffee Maker; Hair Dryer; Iron and Ironing board; In-room safe; Complimentary Wireless Internet Access. We regret to inform you that animals, including pets and service animals, are not permitted on our property. Should we find that this policy has been violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately, a deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged and there will be no refund for the remaining days of the stay.

Guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any items off the balcony at any time during their stay. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the unit and a fine of $250. We kindly ask that all guests respect the rules and regulations of the BayView HOA to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Please note that access to the entrance door and garage is granted via a card key. Upon check-out, it is the responsibility of the guest to return the card key to the unit. Failure to return the card key or if it is lost, a fee of $10 per card will be charged.

The location was great the room size was okay but it was not clean as described the carpet needed to be vacuum bedding was clean, bathroom floor needed to be swept and at night is when the roaches wanted to come out so we didn't get any sleep the whole time we were there unit can use some update

Very nice property. The elevators are slow, and you have to wait quite awhile, but that's not the host's issue. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again. Very close proximity to lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful view, room was clean, right on the beach close to many things in walking distance. The elevators are something to be aware of; be prepared to wait in excess of 15 minutes most times of the day. This was our only issue and it has absolutely nothing to do with the room, just an FYI.

Great Location! Overall experience was great.

There was a minor delay in getting our checking information. I was able to reach out and was able to get it figured out. Pam made sure our code was working and overall communication was great. We only stayed the night but our experience was great. We had easy access to the beach and food options were walking distance. Location is perfect. Also, they have a Starbucks located on the 1st floor on the side of the resort. Didn’t spend much time in the room as we enjoyed the beach and walking down the boardwalk. Would recommend to stay here to friends.

Room is small but nice. Good enough for 2 to crash for a couple nights. Checkout sunday is horrible only because of the whole building seems to checkout that day. No elevators available for over an hour. We just walked down the stairs. But room and price were good.

Greatness All Around

Excellent communication from the host. The property and location are beautiful. It's just a few blocks away from the main boardwalk. It was a wonderful trip because we had somewhere wonderful to stay.

Absolutely horrible experience

I had reservations for weeks for Friday check in at 4. I drove with my 2 year old and 6 year old sons and wife for 5 hours to get to myrtle Beach. Literally as I'm pulling into the city at 8 pm I get a text from the owner of the property letting me know someone else was already staying there and that I didnt have a place to stay essentially hundreds of miles from home. 5 minutes before I was going to arrive. It was a nightmare. No one would respond back nor would they help me find a place to stay so it being Friday night at myrtle Beach everything was booked up so my lovely family and I had the privilege of sleeping in our car in food lion parking lot. Completely careless and unprofessional. If you choose to book this room I advise to have a back up plan so you and your family don't have to sleep in a car because of their incompetence.

The property has a great location! walking to many things as it is on the boardwalk. maybe 1/2 mile from the ferris wheel. great views of ocean indoor pool and lazy river but that was quite crowdedll The owner and his manager were very good about all details. follow the details as they gave them, as this property is owned by mayvbe Wyndham and is very difficult to get in the outisde door the first time as many of the temporary keys dont work., which is not the fault of the owner of the unit. Once inside , all keys and wristbands are there. The unit is small,but has 2 beds , a nice bathroom and small balcony/ There is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker and a small sink/ Would reccommend to all

Great location, right on the beach

Location was ideal, right on the beach, close to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the stench of pot that was so bad on our balcony the first night that we ended up going back inside. Obviously, this situation was beyond the control of the condo owners, and the second night was much better, so maybe that was an isolated incident. Would give this property a shot again.
