From inside the condo and out on the balcony, your view stretches across the Atlantic and over palm-lined resort grounds, with the beach always close enough to set an unhurried, coastal pace. Days unfold easily here, whether you are watching the water in the morning or winding down after time spent along the shoreline.



The space

This entire condo offers a self-contained retreat within a beachfront resort setting. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout suits families, couples, or small groups looking for scenic views and shared amenities. Elevator access and self check-in via smart lock make arrivals and departures simple, while a private entrance adds to the feeling of independence.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests across one bedroom and additional flexible sleeping space. The bedroom features two queen beds with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to support restful nights. A floor mattress in the living area provides extra sleeping space when needed.



Outdoor living

Step onto your patio or balcony to enjoy open air and expansive ocean, pool, beach, sea, and resort views. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area create a comfortable spot for slow mornings or quiet evenings overlooking the water. You have full access to all the facilities, except for the breakfast area.



Upon your arrival, please visit the front desk to receive a ONE car pass.



For your convenience, keyless access is available at this property. You can enjoy complete use of the on-site parking area, as well as all outdoor features, including the pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers. This resort truly offers a wonderful environment for you to enjoy your trip!



**Note:** All facilities are available to you, with the exception of the breakfast area.



The Neighborhood:

The resort offers a variety of water features, including an indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and another Jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an oceanfront pool deck that features an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Guests can access the fitness center and enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, eliminating the need to cross the street. You can dine comfortably in your condo, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and range hood in the well-appointed kitchen. Moreover, on the tenth floor, you will find a conveniently located Jacuzzi and a large swimming pool. To top it all off, free WiFi is available throughout the resort!

Conveniently located near the airport with easy access to Uber, taxis, and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

**Important Information:**



- The resort's parking deck is available for use from the third to the eighth floor.

- Please note that vehicles parked on the ground level must be 6 feet 6 inches or shorter. Mid-sized SUVs and Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles are permitted to park on the third through eighth floors, as confirmed by resort security.



For pest control inspections, access must be granted by the Homeowners Association (HOA). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When staff knock on your door to conduct the inspection and ensure your unit is treated, kindly cooperate with them. Thank you for your understanding.



Additionally, please be aware that the hot tub will be closed for planned repairs on Monday, June 10th.
