Very accurate pictures and description. The condo was clean, with a lovely view and fit two adults with a kid comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedroom is large. Bathroom is spacious. The parking garage is attached to the building and has luggage carts available, also just steps away from the elevators. Didn’t get a chance to use the pools but it looked clean.Great food places just a short drive away. The host checked in with us to make sure all was well, but no issues or concerns. Overall it was a lovely quick weekend getaway.

Family vacation

Booked condo for a family vacation to Myrtle Beach. We wanted a condo that was right on the beach. This condo overlooked the ocean, has a nice size balcony with wonderful views, was nice and clean, has a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a Murphy bed and a pullout sofa couch. There is a small restaurant that is open until 2 PM. The food there is very good so would recommend for breakfast. For a small family, this would be a nice condo for a few days. The only complaint we have would be the surrounding condos and the excessive marijuana smoking. There were often times we were not able to sit out on the balcony without the heavy smell of marijuana, which was coming from the condo to the right of us. Other than that, I would say that the condo has everything that a small family would need. If we decided to come back to Myrtle Beach in the future, we would consider booking from this property management company, however, they would need to get the smoking under control first.

As soon as you walk into the condo, your eyes are immediately drawn to the perfect view of the ocean. Todd was THE best property manager I have ever dealt with as far as vacation rentals are concerned. Not only was he very personable, but he was on top of his game the entire time. If I had questions or concerns, his response was quick and action was taken. The condo is so convenient to the parking garage, elevator, indoor pool, and beach. The elevators are very fast. We never had to wait. The bedroom is very spacious. Plenty of drawer space. The balcony is also a nice size and was very clean. The only drawback we saw were the mattresses not being foam. That may just be a personable preference, though. That’s what we all sleep on at home and are most comfortable to us. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and working with Todd. You will be so glad you did!

Black bike week

As a white and asian couple we were first terrified that we accidentally booked on black bike week for memorial day weekend and we later heard that Myrtle beach was a dump controlled by gangs. Nothing could be further from the truth from our experience. The beaches are clean and beautiful. There were all races here and everybody was super friendly and polite. I was worried about big parties going on in the neighboring condos but this did not happen and we were able to watch and listen to the ocean day and night in peace and quiet. Someone below us was playing loud music at around 6pm to 7pm on Saturday but it stopped and did not happen again for the rest of our 3 night stay. I was pleasanly surprised about our peaceful and friendly stay here. And Myrtle beach is not a dump, it is a very clean beach, hotel resort town that, I believe, has probably greatly cleaned up its act in the past 10 years. This condo is further south of all the roller coasters, bars, etc. Which I think helps a lot. We had a great stay and did not feel the need to pick up the phone once to make a noise or other complaint. And we enjoyed the balcony most of all were we sat and watched and listened to the waves...

Great View / Neighborhood

Room 1107 was great. A little small living room, nice bedroom and perfect for my husband and me. There was a heated pool, hot tub and lazy river. They were all inside. Outside was a small unheated pool. It only has 4 loungers around it and on the north side of the building. Therefore, sun only till around 2. We had the pool to ourselves.One downfall. The pool is scary to get around if handicapped. I have to use a scooter. Very narrow walk around and must go out at an angle. The lips in the doorways are very high. Doors are not accessible if by yourself in a chair. That is a common problem everywhere these days. Not just here.Mrytle beach is cleaning up their image. New buildings and stores going on the main strip. Once it was salespeople bugging you for a purchase. Now everyone has their noses buried in their phones. Overall great quiet week for a vacation. Would go again.

Great getaway

Had a nice stay, everything was as described when we arrived. Loved the location and being right on the water. Easy check in process, and communication with the host was great. We had one small issue of there not being a blanket for the Murphy bed, but one was dropped off right away once we reached out about it. Did have some problems with the living room TV not being able to connect to the WiFi, but we didn’t care too much about it and stayed busy with other things. Great stay over all!

A room with a view!

This property far exceeded my expectations!! Usually I show up and I realize I messed up when choosing the condo. The pictures would deceive me and I would think I had a balcony overlooking the ocean, but would be disappointed that it was just pictures included in the listing. But this place was truly amazing. I have never stayed anywhere this nice. My balcony view of the ocean was amazing! That is what drew me to this condo. It was decorated so beautifully. It had such great features. I loved the Murphy bed. It had a really nice mattress. Also the king size bed had a great mattress as well. To my surprise when I opened the closet there was a box fan . I love the sound of a fan when I sleep. There was a shark vacuum. So we vacuumed sand up off the floor one day. I like how there is a rug right beside the bed, so you can wipe your feet if there is any sand on your feet before getting into the bed and under the covers. Beautiful bedspread. The kerig coffee maker was great. The furniture was comfortable. I love the shower curtain. We rented an umbrella and chairs from them and they came and set it up for us. It was very nice! I will definitely come back here!!

Myrtle beach holiday

We enjoyed our stay at holiday sands south. Unit was quiet but the booming of the ocean was a common bacckground noise that we enjoyed. Rules were clear and the vitamin sea rep was quick to come to the unit to solve a problem. We also enjoyed the south end of the beach.

My new favourite home away from home ❀

Let's start off with Todd replied to us in a timingly manner with any questions we had prior to our trip. This was our 1st time to Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved it. This condo was perfect, from the beautiful ocean view to all the amenities in the condo. The condo is very well kept and was clean. Absolutely loved having a washer & dryer, dishwasher that made our vacation more relaxing (to be able to go home with all clean clothes was great). The hallways/elevators always smelled clean. The pool areas were always clean and loved having the heated pools. Their was always lots of parking in the covered parking garage. Overall we had a great vacation and loved every minute of it. Also, there is no carpet, it is now laminate / ceramic flooring.

Perfect locale

Balcony overlooks beach and was lovely. Perfect for just relaxing with a good book. Check in/checkout process very easy. Pool small but worked for us. A few issues including could not work TV in main room and ashtray on balcony blew cigarette smell (I thought this was a non smoking unit & building) so I had to place a towel on it to cover bad smell

VRBO at it's best

Everything as advertised. Much more like home instead of a motel. Clean, Great view from 11th floor. A/C worked great (thankfully). Had one issue with sliding glass door at the end of our stay. Told Todd not to worry about it until we left. He was easy to contact. Impressed with security. Will consider going back for sure.

Holiday Sands Overload Plus

Everything about our stay was nothing less than perfect! From the owner to all the staff, all get a 10+rating from our group. It was super clean; the staff was on point from the checkin to the all day repeated cleaning of everything including the elevators and hallways; cleaning the grounds; sweeping walkways. We rented two condos for family and we all extremely pleased with this experience. I would highly recommend anyone take advantage. The location is also perfect!
