The second bedroom is equally charming, with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. Please note that this condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. This is a strictly enforced policy by the HOA, and reservation holders under the age of 25 risk being fined, or evicted from the property.
