Welcome to La Casita! This stunning 3-bedroom modern beach home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two king-sized beds and two twin beds. Located in Arcadian Shores and just a short drive from the beach, this property is ideal for both golfers and vacationers looking for a stylish coastal retreat.

The spacious, full-sized kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and dishwasher. Gorgeous granite countertops and custom cabinetry make this a chef's dream kitchen. Whether you're brewing a morning coffee or preparing a full dinner, the open layout makes cooking and entertaining effortless. For those who prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach offers a wide range of incredible restaurants just minutes away, and food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are readily available. The kitchen island seats three, and the adjacent dining table seats six—perfect for family meals or game nights.

The inviting living room features two plush sofas and two reclining accent chairs arranged around built-in shelving arranged around a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV which completes the space, making it a great spot to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. It's important to note that the fireplace is not operational!

This home offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Furnished with a king-sized bed featuring a soft fabric headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, and an accent chair in the corner. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV allows you to unwind with your favorite shows.

Bedroom 2: Includes another king-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, and a closet for storage. Guests will also enjoy private patio access and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 3: Features two twin beds with an end table between them and a wall-mounted TV for added comfort and convenience.

There are two full bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Showcases a granite-top vanity with a unique bowl sink, ample cabinet storage, a large mirror, and a standing shower.

Bathroom 2: Offers another granite-top vanity with storage space below, a bowl sink, a large mirror, and a standing shower.

Outdoor spaces include two patios. The first patio features a table with three chairs and an outdoor ceiling fan—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings. The second patio, located in the backyard, offers two chairs and stairs leading down to a yard area with a gas grill and firepit—ideal for cookouts or relaxing under the stars. Also in the backyard, guests will have an outdoor shower which makes rinsing off after a day at the beach super quick!

To make packing easier, we provide 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, and starter toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more. Fresh bedding, pillows, and linens are also included.

Nestled in the peaceful Arcadian Shores neighborhood, this home is just minutes from the beach, Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach on Kings Road, and the shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing.

This home is protected by security cameras. There is one camera located on the ceiling of the front porch and another on the ceiling of the balcony on the left side of the house. These cameras are used for security purposes only and are not intended to infringe on your privacy. We appreciate your understanding!
