Living room and dining room has been freshly painted and new wood grain tiles flooring. Magnolia Place has several outdoor pools with charcoal grilling areas for guests, nature trails and beautiful landscaping. There is NO elevator on premises. The property is located between 38th and 48th Ave North in Myrtle Beach off Highway 17. This location puts you just minutes away from the best dining, shopping, entertainment, and beaches that the Grand Strand has to offer.

** Cleaning Fee includes: Departure service and fresh linens, clean towels, toiletries and amenities for all rooms. Towels are provided for showers only.

The condo is rented out monthly for the month of November, December 2022 and January 2023 at $106.00 per night, June 2023 at $125 per night, via VRBO.
Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Entry code to unit and alarm keypad will be provided the day of arrival.
