In addition to the luxurious bedrooms, this condo includes three pristine bathrooms, each designed to provide a spa-like experience. The first and second bathrooms are equipped with tiled shower-tub combinations, detachable showerheads, vanity sinks with ample storage, and plenty of countertop space. The third bathroom is a true standout, featuring a fully tiled standing shower with a rainfall showerhead and a detachable showerhead. Please note: This condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older for their reservation to be valid. This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA, and those under 25 risk being fined or evicted from the property.

Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.
