Didn't make reservations to stay here. Expedia called 6 days before the planned trip and changed us to this hotel, saying that the Yachtsman couldn't accommodate us/ fulfill the prepaid contract that was agreed to. . We were sorely disappointed to find the walls rotted at the baseboard level, no coffee maker, no fitness ctr, no hot tub, and the phone didn't work so we had to go to a different bldg to get towels. Great location, staff was nice but Expedia didn't sufficently fulfill their obligation.
