We enjoyed our stay overall and really appreciated the beautiful ocean view and direct beach access. The gym area was also great â clean, spacious, and overlooking the water. The condo had thoughtful touches like multiple coffee makers, coffee, and a few beach items, which were nice extras. It's a small space, but we knew that when we booked.That said, there were a couple of challenges. When we arrived, the room had a strong musty smell that returned whenever it was closed up. We did a deep clean and aired it out, which helped, but the odor never completely went away. We had to open both doors each night to air it out, that helped a lot. The tub also drains very slowly, which could use attention.One major positive â when we let the owner, Alex, know about an issue with the bed, he had a brand-new one delivered the same day. We really appreciated that responsiveness. His expediency with this is why a 4 star review is warranted.Overall, for the price, location, and view, itâs a good value stay, but a few maintenance and freshness updates would make it great.
