If you don’t mind some "DIY" prep, the location is worth it.The Highlights:The views are unbeatable, and the pet-friendly policy is a huge plus. The kitchen is cozy, featuring a fantastic modern oven that doubles as an air fryer. The maintenance and general store staff are lovely, and the grounds/pool are cleaned daily. It’s a scenic 1.7-mile walk to the boardwalk.The Realities:While the bathroom and oven were clean, the rest needed work. The floors, walls, and baseboards were filthy, and we found significant pet hair on the floors and bedding. Amenities are bare-bones: only two towels provided, no kitchen linens/sponges, and the dish soap was actually for a dishwasher. The AC is extremely loud, and our unit lacked a kitchen table, forcing me to use the coffee table as a makeshift desk. Note: There is a 70 pet fee NOT disclosed during booking.Pro-Tips:Bring a small vacuum (essential for sand/hair), your own linens/pillows, extra towels/sponges, and cleaning supplies. I spent two hours deep-cleaning upon arrival to feel comfortable.Verdict: I wouldn’t recommend this for a short weekend, but for a week-long stay, I’d return now that I know exactly how to pack

The hotel resembled a Section 8 housing project. Semi-permanent residents hanging around like the Salvation Army. Nothing against the Salvation Army, but this is supposed to be a resort. It's just a low rent hotel amongst much better places to stay. The building smells like a smoke filled bar and the outside is closer to a campground setting with the wooden and Wayfarer outdoor furniture. Even my dog thought it was somewhat sketchy. The people were friendly. The tub was clean.

Beautiful view of the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I loved the full size fridge. The beds were comfortable and the couch turned into a bed which came in handy. Pet friendly which made the trip so fun with our sweet pup

The curtain in the shower didn’t go to the floor causing the entire shower floor to become soaked when showering. The faucet in the shower also seemed like it was about to fall out. Employees we ran into were very kind and responsive. We didn’t have a parking pass and when I reached out we were brought one very quickly! Everyone there seemed kind.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been to in my life! I tried contacting the host to no avail. Thankfully we were able to book at another hotel. The absolute horrid stench will make you wanna leave as soon as you walk in the door! Open the coffee pot and it has MAGGOTS and gnats in it from where it was never cleaned out from prior guests. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train about to derail! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I highly recommend staying elsewhere! This place is absolutely horrendous!!

The location is amazing and right on the beach! Only reason it didn’t get full star rating was we were not able to access the room as the keypad was broken however, they were very prompt and got someone to come and help us within 20 minutes. Would definitely come back

Check-In was seamless but also had no actual representative of the building on site it seemed. Front door was locked but a sign also was saying to USE the front door. When in the room, we realized we had quite a noisy AC unit and a dustpan, but no broom. Despite being told we had no coffee maker, we did... which is cool but we would've came more prepared. It was a nice 2 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of all shops and attractions along the coast. Wifi is unsecure but there.

If you are looking for just a relaxation trip this place is an ideal place as there are not any other amenities besides a small outdoor pool. The condo was very outdated but the view was perfect for us to just sit and relax on the balcony. The elevator and most of the hallway smelled liked mold and weed which was a very unpleasant smell. Parking was across the street which was not bad and had plenty of space to park.

For a quick getaway and to save money, this is the place to stay. It was comfortable and in a good location unfortunately it lacks pillows and maid service. for a king size bed I was shocked at the two small pillows that were left for us to use. In fact I went and bought my own.

Never Again

I chose this stay based upon reviews and the photos/closeness to the beach. NEVER AGAIN! My room was dirty (shower, bed, pillows, towels) and there were places of black mold. The couch didn’t match the photos and was dirty and there was an odd smell in the room
