The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor, ocean view, 1-bedroom apartment located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 4 guests.

As of 2025, this condo has undergone some beautiful upgrades! For example, the popcorn on the ceilings was removed, new paint in warm welcoming colors was added throughout, and a new bathroom vanity was installed!

Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the left is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sinks, mirror, and toilet. The AC unit is located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom.

Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the left side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, multiple closets, dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a bedroom door for privacy.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, Southern views of the ocean. The 6th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, and access to the ocean view balcony. Guests will also have access to the electric fireplace.

The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, and so much more. The countertops are granite and compliment the cabinets and appliances very well! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.

Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new tile floors, new paint, beautiful accent wall, new furniture, and new beachy decor as of Winter 2022! In addition, both TV's in the condo offer basic cable with hundreds of channels!

This condo also has an air mattress that is available for guests who may wish to bring more than 4, allowing this property to sleep up to 6! If you plan on bringing more than the advertised occupancy of 4, let us know so we can be sure the air mattress is in top condition before your arrival!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Our guests will have access to several amenities at the Palace Resort. There are 3 outdoor hot tubs, 2 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor hot tub on the 22nd floor, sauna, steamroom, fitness center, and small gameroom. In addition, there are coin-operated washers and dryers on every other floor within the complex. Our guests will also have access to drink and snack vending machines, free parking, 24-hour security, and beach access. Our guests also have access to cable and wifi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

Guests should keep in mind that the Palace is not a pet friendly resort. Guests are not permitted to have any pets inside the resort, or inside this rental. In addition, smoking is not permitted inside this condo, and we appreciate your cooperation.
