Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach.

* It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen

* sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2nd floor (must climb stairs)

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very spacious condo.

*2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Parking is free.

* Only 1 parking spot available.



Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.



Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
