It's conveniently located across from beach access with a shower to wash off sand from you and/or your beach accessories. Ideal for families, adult getaways, and/or golf trips. Relax on the sandy shores, or be active with nearby water sports, golf courses, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. Play Golden Tee 2025 on the commercial system updated with the latest software & courses.

- Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed with Full Bath (tub), Smart TV w/ YouTube TV, Dresser, Walk In Closet, and Pack N Play w/ mattress.
- Living Room w/ Smart TV
- Kitchen with 5 high back bar stools, microwave, dishwasher, multi-use Keurig that makes 1 individual K cup or a full pot of coffee, pots & pans, utensils, toaster, blender, and more.
- Dining Room with a 6 person table, toddler table for 2, & high chair.

- Balcony with high top dining for 4, 2 chairs with ottomans, and LED string lights.
3rd Floor:

Parking:
The garage can fit up to 2 vehicles depending on the sizes. 2 standard to large cars or SUV’s will fit in tandem on one side of the garage. There are a handful of first come first serve spots on the property shared with other units including a large one right next to this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to pay to park on the street or lots where available.
