Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project



The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.



During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.

Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

This recently renovated 5th-floor studio features a bright, coastal-inspired decor with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The suite includes: 2 queen-sized beds with a nightstand and dresser for your convenience, large wall-mounted TV with complimentary Wi-Fi for entertainment, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and essential toiletries, kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, beverage fridge, built-in cooktop, microwave, and sink. A coffee maker and toaster are provided for your morning brew, and lastly a private balcony with a table and chairs – perfect for dolphin watching, sunset views, and enjoying the ocean breeze.





The kitchenette is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, and dishes, so you can easily prepare small meals. For those who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers a variety of incredible restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. Many offer delivery, so you can enjoy a meal from the comfort of your balcony!

Important Notes: This is a non-smoking property, both inside the studio and on the balcony. Smoking violations may result in fines starting at $150! No pets or motorcycles are allowed. Access to the private kiddie waterpark is restricted, but guests can enjoy other pools and recreational amenities.
