The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom apartment located in the Magnolia Place community in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests!

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units in the community are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This 2-bedroom apartment is nestled in the Myrtlewood golf course community, along the intracoastal waterway, and is about a 5-minute drive to the beach! It's a perfect location for golfers, or a couple or family who would prefer a quieter setting for their vacation.

Upon entering, guests will find one of the two bedrooms on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features two twin size beds, closet and dresser for storage, window for natural light, wall mounted TV, and access to the bathroom. The full-size bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separate this unit from many other resorts and rentals. Very few apartments offer an oversized kitchen like this! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. All appliances are stainless steel.

Moving past the kitchen is the dining area and main living area. The dining area features a table with enough seating to comfortable fit 6! The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. This space features a couch that converts to a queen size sleeper sofa, 3 accent chairs, 2 side tables, a coffee table, a TV stand with a large wall mounted TV above, and access to the large private balcony showcasing lovely golf course views!

Across from the living area guest will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features a king size bed, two night stands on either side, a large window for natural light, a large dresser for storage, a wall mounted TV, and access to the balcony from a door in the bedroom! Just down the hall guests will find the second bathroom which features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. This unit has a washer and dryer in the unit! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their wash in the comfort of their own rental! Additionally, our guests will have access to basic cable and wi-fi.

Magnolia Place is a centrally located complex in Myrtle Beach, SC around 48th Avenue. This community is only 3-4 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. There are various restaurants that just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of shopping options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking.

This building at Magnolia Place does not have elevators! Guests will need to use the stairs to get to and from the condo.

Please be advised that a $600 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking in the property following your departure. We recognize this is a significant charge; however, it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of the homeowners, who have a severe smoke allergy and have generously opened their home to guests. Out of respect for the homeowners, future guests, neighbors, and the property itself, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the home. This includes smoking on the balcony with the door open. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
