1st Floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom (small), and king bedroom.

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have queen beds; 1 bedroom has a double bed with pullout trundle single bed.

2nd Floor also includes 1 full bath, an office great for remote work, and features a lookout room to watch folks enjoying downtown from the comfort of home.

In the rear of the home, relax or grill out on the patio and play yard games in the backyard.

What a beautiful house and excellent amenities left by host! We had the best cozy family stay. Kid friendly with high chair, pack n play and a few kid books! Mystic is so pretty around the holidays and the house was just a 2-5 min walk from the best bakeries, restaurants and shops. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Bonus office room we even used for one of the kids, so it can be an extra sleeping space although no door but it still worked great for us! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Plenty of room for everyone and all we needed to cook, eat and gather during our three day stay. Perfect Stay in Mystic

Stayed at this property over Mothers Day weekend and it was great. Clean, spacious, and soooo conveniently located. Right around the corner from Mystic Pizza. Host had welcome treats, coffee bar, and so many amenities. We were a group of three, but can definitely fit more as there were a number of bed rooms. Loved it!

A wonderful stay

We travelled with a group of 6 women. Our stay from start to finish was wonderful. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Very clean and quiet.
