One master suite on the ground level has a bathroom equipped for those with special needs with roll under sink and barrier free shower. At the front of the home, there is a ramp so that guests can bypass the three stairs at the main entry. Please note even with these features, the home is not ADA compliant.

Parking passes are REQUIRED to use the Village at Nags Head private beach access. This home provides two parking permits.
