Haven on the Banks boasts six stunning homes, each featuring four spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect choice for wedding parties, family gatherings, or any group looking to experience the beauty of the Outer Banks in style. Situated in a semi-oceanfront paradise, less than 500 feet from the pristine shores of the Nags Head Beaches, you can practically taste the salt in the air as you take in the refreshing ocean breeze. While not directly on the ocean, the semi-oceanfront location still offers breathtaking ocean views from select vantage points on the property. You can wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery from any house on the street. Each home comes with its own private hot tub, providing the ultimate relaxation and a serene space to unwind after a day of beach activities or exploring the area.

Whether you re planning an intimate beach wedding or simply housing your wedding party, our cottages offer the perfect setting. The spacious living areas and comfortable accommodations are ideal for preparing for your big day and celebrating with your loved ones. Each home is well-maintained to ensure your comfort and convenience. The cottages are equipped with modern amenities, including fully-equipped kitchens and spacious living areas to help you feel right at home. With a range of full-sized and children-sized beds, all are welcome to stay at Haven on The Banks and will be able to relax and unwind, Outer Banks-style.

For Special Events, please call one of our Vacation Specialists who can help answer most questions you will have. Pleae note that due to the irrigation system for the shared lawn space, we are not able to allow tents and things of that nature. It is also worth noting Keepers Gelley event space is not affiliated with Haven on the Banks. Parking is limited at the cottage court and due to fire codes, we do need to refrain from parking in front of the community pool area and the dumpsters. Exploring the OBX: Haven on the Banks is conveniently located in Nags Head, which is known for its array of outdoor activities, including water sports, fishing, hiking, and more. Plus, it s just a short drive from the famous Wright Brothers National Memorial and the beautiful Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive or short walk from the house! Head south on Virginia Dare Trail until you reach East Dowitcher where you can park and safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at a Pedestrian crosswalk. Beach access is located at E. Small Street, which is just a few houses north.

With the cozy cottages and the beautiful Outer Banks as your backdrop, your stay at Haven on the Banks will be filled with cherished memories, both in and out of the water.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
