SOLMATE is a fully equipped property with beautiful decor, a large recreation room with a pool table and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a private pool, and hot tub. The spacious and open floor plan on the top level was designed to give guests breathtaking ocean views while relaxing in the living area or dining with family and friends. Enjoy summer nights heading down to the beach via your own private boarded Trex walkway. Once you’ve stayed at SOLMATE, you will never want to leave!

SOLMATE is ideally located in quiet South Nags Head, just a short walk to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Heads Bar and Grill. With easy access to areas north and south, guests will able to easily explore all that the Outer Banks has to offer, including Jockey's Ridge, Jennette’s Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Cape Hatteras, Roanoke Island, and more.

Recent updates include a new roof, Trex decks, a new hot tub, all new mattresses, a new washer/dryer, new appliances, quartz countertops and more!

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations.

Pool opens the 2nd week in May through the 2nd week in October.

No pets allowed, please. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

The pool can be heated for an additional $400 (per week).

Ground Level: Queen bedroom that shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 twin beds, queen en suite with private bath, rec room with a pool table, kitchenette, and a half bath.

Mid Level: Two king en suites with private baths, king bedroom, pyramid bunk bedroom, a shared bath.

Top Level: Living area, dining area, kitchen, half bath, king en suite with a private bath.
