Dieses schöne Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 BĂ€dern liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt mitten in Nags Head. Drei Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, 1 Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und ein Doppelbett. Frische Bettdecken, neue Kissen, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Außendusche, LiegestĂŒhle, GeschirrspĂŒler, Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Decks auf 2 Ebenen, zentrale Luft, zu Fuß zu Restaurants oder Minigolf, in der NĂ€he von allem, was der OBX zu bieten hat. Das Oberdeck ist teilweise ĂŒberdacht, sodass Sie den Regen genießen können, ohne nass zu werden. Lot nebenan kommt mit Haus, so dass Sie Ball spielen können. Hausmieten von Samstag bis Samstag außer in der Nebensaison. Check-in Zeit ist 16.00 Uhr. Check out 10:00 Uhr

This is a great place to stay! Older home with structural good "bones." The house is well apportioned, nicely decorated and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably, with room for 2/3 more. There is a large (3'x4') framed artwork map of the United States that our family enjoyed pointing out locations/travels etc. This was a lot of fun! Location is great, access to beach very close. Communication was great, Host is friendly and very attentive. You will enjoy time spent at "Never Grow Up!"

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at this Nags Head home! It was cute, homey, and incredibly comfortable—just what we were looking for during our Outer Banks trip. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Faye was fantastic—very helpful, quick to respond, and respectful of our time. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway!

OBX getaway with friends

Our stay at never grow up in OBX was a fun time.The host is very responsive. We only had a few minor issues during our stay. Upon arrival we noticed the house was still a little dirty. There were bottles of drinks in the fridge, trash in the floor, and stains in the downstairs tub. But this is not against the host. Just the cleaning crew. The house is going through a remodel. So be weary of that. The deck is brand new and just replaced. You can see the ocean off the top deck. With it being new It still splinters and needs some edges sanded down. There is painters Tape on the ceiling in one bedroom along with a window that appears rotted. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom falls out of the wall easily. A piece of molding from the kitchen cabinets also fell out onto a plate of food one night. With all of that being said, The house is truly within a short walk to the beach, and driving/walking distance of everything. It was an enjoyable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house layout was great. It was so nice to have a hot tub and outdoor shower. It was very clean and organized. You do have to bring sheets and towels but that wasn’t an issue. I’d definitely stay there again.❀

Nice stay in a great location

This property was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. The hottub was a nice amenity. The furniture on the deck and in the living area was new and comfortable. It seems that the owner is working on some updates such as windows. The one disappointment was that we were left only 2 small trash bags no paper towels and only half rolls of toilet paper. I believe the listing said these items would be available. Also, we had to buy beach chairs and we were driving a long distance and they took up room on the way back. Just something to think about for other renters but did not take away from our stay. We had so much fun we stayed an extra night!

Stay Somewhere Else!!!

Milking you for money. Minor damages thru out the house. Owner clearly needs money. Lied about cleanliness of the house to get deposit money. When we arrived screen door was damaged - minor things thru out whole house including a hole in the wall in the kids bedroom. Towel rack in the master towel. Lots of window and blind issues. A diaper in the closest that was used. Would been okay but then they accused us of leaving a mess. When we had cleaned the house throughly before we left.

Great spot but missing a few details.

It was a great stay. Awesome location. The hot tub was great! Nice views from the living room with a nice sectional sofa to fit the whole family. Missing a few small amenities like paper towels/toilet paper, after a long drive, and trash bags. Some updates were in progress. Overall a budget friendly option for families!

Great location

This house leaves a lot to be desired; however, the location is great and the host was good about responding to issues. The whole deck needs to be replaced, especially the top floor deck. There are many soft spots and very worn areas, which was unsafe for our children. We let the property owner know and she sent out a maintenance man who placed plywood over these areas. The deck needs more than resurfacing or a new stain. The bunk beds were extremely wobbly and my husband had to tighten all the screws. The upstairs refrigerator kept going out and after switching the breaker my husband pulled out the fridge to find the outlet in the wall was loose. We had to “wiggle” the plug to get it to work again a few times. A few things left unfinished like the countertop not being attached in the downstairs bathroom and the towel hanger in another bathroom missing a rod and falling out of the wall.

Stressful Vacation

After packing up all of our stuff and making our way down to the beach to wait for our 4pm check in Friday, my wife contacted the property owner (Faye) to ask if we could be notified if the property was available earlier than 4pm. The owner replied “please call me”. When my wife called the owner stated that the HVAC had broken and we could not check in. She then stated that she could only give us one hotel room for the night until it was repaired Saturday. My wife let the owner know we need more than one room due to the house sleeping 10 and friends and family intended on staying the night and were also on there way down. The owner reluctantly agreed to book us 3 rooms. We then asked if it were possible to drop off our food in the refrigerator on Friday the owner was very firm that we were not allowed in the house we had booked and paid for that night. We proceeded down to OBX very stressed with these interactions but we understood that things happen and at least we had somewhere to stay. After discussion on the beach on why the owner wouldn’t let us drop anything off and remembering Faye saying people were in the house sweating way past checkout time we decided to walk by the house to find all the lights on AC running, all windows closed. Clearly the house was double booked and we were lied to! The next morning after repacking our cars and checking out of the hotel we asked if the house was available. She responded “you can try and check in”. We made the most of our time

Great location

Location is everything! Feets away from the beach. House is spacious for group of 10+ people. It is renovated, clean place. The host, Faye was good at communicating. We had few misunderstandings prior to checking in but once we checked in, it was a smooth sail. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again. FYI, as listed in the description, towels and linens are NOT provided which wasn’t an issue for us.

This was a great location for me to take my senior class students on a trip before they graduated. Only had a few run-ins with "palmetto bugs" but the owner said she would have the house sprayed after we left.

Myself and some of my friends all recently graduated and wanted to relax at the beach before beginning work. This property was a fantastic escape, Faye responded quickly to any questions and the property was so clean and very nicely decorated. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely home close to beach

My family decided to take a short trip to the beach just to get away for the anniversary of our mother's death, and this house offered a wonderful getaway. Our immediate impression was how clean the property was, and how close it was to the beach and everything else. We loved being able to use the hot tub since our time there was cold and rainy. Our only complaint is that the listing says the property has a grill on it, but we were unable to locate one, which was unfortunate since we'd purchased the materials for cooking out. Additionally, the place was CLEANED OUT- probably due to us visiting off-season, since I imagine everything is cleaned out after peak season. But just in case, make sure to go to the store or bring groceries before checking in, as there was no toilet paper, no salt and pepper, no cooking oil, etc. Overall minor inconveniences to a wonderful weekend and lovely house. Thank you!
