Seaview House - A Traditional Home by the Beach

Seaview welcomes you with spacious rooms and a stunning view out of your bedroom window. This house has plenty of character and is just a stone throw away from Nairn beach. We provide guests with a warm welcome and a handbook where you can find plenty of things to do and places to explore. The neighbourhood is friendly and many people are willing to share local knowledge. This house has free on street parking.

Entrance to the main house is via security code which will be issued to prior to your arrival.

Guests can enjoy 2 large bedrooms with a sea view, both with double beds at the front of the house. The third and fourth guest bedrooms are at the back of the house. One hosts 2 single beds and the other has a small double bed.

There is a large bathroom with a roll top bath to enjoy, this bathroom also has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is also a third bathroom downstairs with a toilet and sink.

Guests have access to the kitchen/dining area with wood burner as well as an additional two lounges to the front of the house. One of the lounges is a peaceful, quiet room with sofas and a TV, the other we call the 'green room' and there are books, bored games and a piano in there to have a bit of fun with.

There is a garden to the rear of the house, however, at the front of the house is a large grass area and beach less than 200m away so plenty of space for you to explore.

Parking is usually available right outside the house and the entire street is free parking. If you are eating/drinking/exploring in Nairn, you are in the perfect location and can get to many places including the golf courses, beaches and parks on foot.

Seaview is a self check in house for guests. However, I live very close by so will be happy to come and provide guests with assistance with anything they require throughout their stay.

Open your curtains in the morning and breathe in the sea air as you are greeted with spacious greenery and Nairns infamous bandstand. This is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy being outdoors but also close to essential amenities. With a variety of beaches just a 1 minute walk from the house you can search rock pools, enjoy peaceful walks or have a paddle. Following the path along the beach takes you to a couple of parks and a personal favourite ice cream shop which is very popular with the locals. In the opposite direction you can find restaurants, cafes and Nairns harbour marina. Also nearby are award winning golf courses, historic castles which are worth a visit and a variety or places to eat or enjoy the nightlife our town has to offer.

Nairn is located just a 15 minute drive from Inverness airport which also has a bus link. Buses are regular and stop throughout the neighbourhood. Car hire is available from the airport also.

The nearest rail link is Nairn train station which you can get to on foot, just a 10 minute walk from the house.

Nairn also has many taxi's which I am happy to recommend and organise for you upon request.

Seaview is a beautiful house and we trust guests are able to look after the place and respect it as if it were there own. Therefore we kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the house and have zero tolerance with parties and gatherings.
