The space
This is a detached SQ which means it's an additional room adjacent to the main apartment. The best thing is that this tiny space has two separate doors one being the main entrance from the lift and the second leading to the smoking area/washing area. The washing area has an automatic washer which is shared with the main house. Contact with other guests is minimal as washing is done when the SQ is unoccupied.
Guest access
You will have access to the tiny house. It has a spacious indoor bathroom, instant hot shower, and toilet. You have access to the laundry area where there is a washer which is shared by users of the main apartment. If you are sociable enough you can use the space to smoke as well. It's behind the main house so contact with anyone else is minimal.
Other things to note
The tiny house is an extension of the main house/apartment. It's a detached SQ. Privacy is guaranteed.
