âThis home is amazing. There was plenty of space for our large group of 8, allowing for privacy and warm common areas. The view off of the back deck made this easily the best rental experience we've had. Perfect for sunsets and moonlight off the water, and if you go during the Winter months, you can watch humpback whales playing right from the deck. This legal short-term vacation rental home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Excessive noise, parties, and occupancy violations may result in Maui County Police evictions and fines up to $2,000/day. Whalers Investment Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate occupancy without a refund should violations of house rules or occupancy limits occur.
* Quiet hours shall be maintained from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Any sound that is audible beyond the Honu Hale boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
* Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
* Vehicles shall park in the designated onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street.
* No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
Note: The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for the free use by everyone.
