POLICIES:

LONG STAY CLEANINGS:

For guests staying more than two weeks, we require our cleaning crew to do an interim home cleaning approximately every two weeks. You can schedule a time/day directly with our cleaning team for your convenience, and you will also be responsible for paying the team directly for the mid-stay cleaning. Cleaning crew contact information will be provided upon your arrival.

PET FEE:

◻️ One dog is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
◻️ A second pet requires pre-approval and an additional fee. Please message me before booking if you want to vacation with more than one pup.
◻️ We provide dog bowls, toys, and baggies

Note: VRBO collects the pet fee, so please add a pet to your party count if you plan to bring your furry family member to the beach!
