Our vacation rental bungalow is located in the Poinciana Village of Naples, Florida. Our home features over 1500 square feet of living space with a newly updated interior. The home also features all brand new furnishings and it is set up for our guests to have a fun and relaxing time while enjoying all the wonderful experiences the Southwest Florida area has to offer.

As you step through the front door of this inviting vacation home, you'll find a world of comfort and convenience awaiting you. The spacious living room boasts a large screen TV, a comfortable sofa with a pull-out full-sized mattress, and two swivel and reclining chairs, making it the ideal space for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Family-Friendly and Group-Ready

Bedroom #2 and #3 are easily accessible from the living room, connected by a hallway, offering privacy and convenience for families and groups.

The Heart of the Home: A Chef's Dream Kitchen

Our modern and fully-equipped kitchen is the heart of this home. With pristine white cabinets, granite countertops, and gleaming stainless steel appliances, it's a chef's dream. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six, making family meals a breeze. The family room, just steps away, features plush furnishings and a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite entertainment.

Indoor-Outdoor Living at Its Best

Step outside to the screened and enclosed lanai, where you'll find a dining table for four and a propane gas grill for outdoor feasts. A covered carport accommodates small to mid-sized vehicles, with additional parking available in the driveway. The garage houses a laundry room, bikes, and beach gear for your convenience.

The entire home is adorned with modern tile flooring, adding a touch of consistency and simplicity. Both full-sized bathrooms feature subway tile and glass enclosures, each with a single vanity topped with quartz. Bathroom #1 is an en suite for the main bedroom (#1), while the second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

Sleep Like Royalty

For a peaceful night's rest, the main bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, while bedroom #2 and #3 both feature Queen beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided with a comfortable pull-out sofa in the front living room.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This home is about 30 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
