Whether you're escaping the winter chill or planning an off-season retreat, this thoughtfully stocked and comfortably furnished condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Located in a serene community with peaceful lake and golf course views, the home provides plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle.

As of July 2025, the transfer fee is $950. If you’re staying for 2 months or less, the owner will cover $500 of that fee. If you’re staying 3 months or longer, the owner will cover $1,000.

Main Living Spaces:

* Central hallway leads you from the front door straight to the lanai, offering a clear line of sight to the pond and golf course beyond.
* Family room features a leather sofa and armchair, large coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Roku and cable access—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
* Dining area seats 6 comfortably with a bench, modern chairs, and a stylish chandelier overhead. Enjoy your meals with a scenic backdrop of water and greens.
* Screened lanai* is covered and west-facing to soak in beautiful sunsets. Includes an outdoor dining set and a private door for direct access to the pond and surrounding green space.

Kitchen & Dining Nook:

* Fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric tea kettle, toaster, and all the gadgets you need.
* Pass-through counter makes serving and clearing a breeze.
* Eat-in dining nook with seating for 3 and a window facing the front of the condo.

Main Bedroom (back right corner)
* Queen-sized adjustable Posturepedic bed
* Bay window with unobstructed lake and golf course views
* Dresser with cable TV
* En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and linen closet

Second Bedroom (front right corner):
* Standard bed with adjustable Posturepedic mattress
* Cable TV, large closet with tons of beach gear:
*Closet contains: 5+ beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, beach towels, and more
* Additional storage space for luggage and personal items

Third Bedroom/Den (middle right):
* Two twin beds with a shared nightstand and lamp
* Pocket doors for privacy (no closet)
* Two sitting chairs and a large window for extra light (end unit location)

Bathrooms & Laundry

* Guest bathroom just outside the second bedroom, includes a shower/tub combo and single vanity
* En suite bath in the main bedroom with a frosted glass shower and fresh linens
* Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for guest use

There is a smaller heated community pool that guests can walk to from our condo, it is just a few buildings down and there is a pool deck to relax on as well.

Cypress Woods is located in the heart of north Naples right off of Immokalee Road, just a few minutes off of I-75. Cypress Woods features 18 holes of bundled golf designed by renowned Florida architect Gordon G. Lewis. There are cypress heads, native pine forests, rolling fairways and elevated tees and greens. You can play through wetlands and nature preserves that provide beautiful views. You can reserve your tee time at the pro shop or through an online chelsea system. The Fitness Center at Cypress Woods features a large heated recreational pool, a lap pool and a hot tub. Additional onsite sports include 3 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted bocce ball courts and 2 bocce courts. The subdivision where this unit is located in, Cypress Trace also has a community pool. There is a scenic walk trail in the community as well. There is also on site dining including the main dining room, the terrace patio and the grille.

There is an additional golf membership transfer fee as well as a processing fee due to Cypress Woods that is NOT included with the fees with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY.

Our condo comes with one assigned under cover parking space and there is additional guest parking in the complex by the building.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions.

This is a self check in property. All fully paid reservations that have been approved by the HOA prior to arrival will receive a unique code that will allow guests to check into the property and will remain their code throughout their stay.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. There are local bike rental shops if you are interested in getting a bike during your stay. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
