Welcome to our seasonal rental second floor coach home featuring tall ceilings, brand new designer furnishings and a gorgeous view of the lake in the center of the community. The coach home has a 1 car attached garage with a private staircase leading to the unit as well as a wonderful screened and covered lanai with outdoor furniture to take advantage of our famous weather.



Our coach home is located in Lakeside, in the heart of north Naples, and the community is only 12 mins to the beach and 3 mins to awesome restaurants and shopping! Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located right off of Airport-Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road.



The Space:

The accommodations and amenities at our coach home include:



~ A king bed in the main bedroom with a large en suite bathroom and a glass enclosed shower. This bedroom has wonderful lake views!

~ A Queen bed in the second bedroom which has French doors leading to it

~ 2 twin beds in the third bedroom.

~ A second full sized bathroom with a shower and tub combo shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

~ Smart TV's are located in each of the 3 bedrooms and there is 1 in the family room

~ Dining options include a breakfast set in the kitchen that seats 2. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. The dining table seats 4. The lanai has 2 chairs and a outdoor coffee table for casual meals and for relaxation.

~There is a 1 car attached garage along with a spot to park a car on the driveway

~The front door of the coach home is located on the right side of the building.

~ A very private screened lanai that is accessed from the family room and the main bedroom with lake views!

~ There are beach towels for guests use -the beach is only 12 minutes away!

~Guests can use and enjoy 2 cruiser style bikes that are in the garage



There is a large and scenic lake in the center of Lakeside with walking paths all the way around it. There are plenty of on site amenities for you to enjoy that include: a basketball court, plenty of walking/jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, and exercise room, a library along with a heated community pool and spa. There is also a playground and shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts (the home comes with 4 pickleball rackets). A smaller community pool is located one building down from this coach home which is an easy walk and is more private



Lakeside is located in the heart of north Naples and you will only are a quick drive to some of Mike Z Rentals favorite restaurants and shopping centers. The Shoppes of Vanderbilt has Primo Hoagies (we love the Old Italian!), Mister01 Pizza (any of the star shaped pizzas are amazing), Mojo Sushi (one of our favorite sushi places in the area) and Flaco's Mexican (you can't go wrong with any of their tacos -ask them for their special spicy sauce-it is legit!). You can also be sitting on the sand at Vanderbilt beach in about 12 mins or sipping on a cool drink at Gumbo Limbo (the beach bar at the Ritz next to Vandy Beach -their mojitos are awesome) in about 15 mins.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.



Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.



This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
