Live the waterfront life with all the comfort of a fully renovated and nicely decorated home that will make you feel like you do not want to leave! The house sits on a 100' wide canal with direct Gulf Access. It has a newly re-decked dock with a 13.000 pounds boat lift (Boat Lift Not Available, Room to Tie Up Next to Dock). Enjoy and relax the 34' long private heated pool or live the wonderful Southwest Florida Outdoor life in the 1900 sqft all screened pool deck equipped with BBQ grill, sofa sets, outdoor dining table for 10 people and state of the art outdoor/indoor integrated sound system.

We have a total of 2,360 sqft of deck area that includes a deck for the fire pit and a deck on the water. You came to Florida to enjoy the outdoors, not stay inside the house! We can offer you a really great outdoor space so that you can enjoy the Florida Lifestyle.

With 3 beds 3 baths (2 of them are master suites) it can comfortably accommodate 8 people. As soon as you get in the house you will say WOW with the combination of the 24x24 Atlas Concorde Italian Ceramic throughout and the ledger stone in the wall. Inviting and modern, the decoration makes the perfect setting for you to feel good! Crown molding recessed LED lights and Ceiling fans in every room will make it easy for you to adjust the comfort to individual preferences.

In the living room, you can relax and enjoy a home theater with 5 speakers surround sound and a 65’ 4k LED TV. All bedrooms are equipped with Flat Screen TVs and ROKU streamer, and Free Wifi, so you can choose your entertainment on demand.

Located in Isles of Capri, a hidden gem, you will be in a place with very little passing traffic. Giving you a quiet and peaceful environment, so that you can truly enjoy the wildlife and feel genuinely relaxed. Or, if you are up to it, Marco Island is just 2 miles away with its fabulous beaches, shops and restaurants, and 20 minutes from Naples sophisticated restaurants and shops.

Less than a mile away is the Capri Marina, where you can rent a pontoon boat to explore the nearby beaches or rent a Kayak and take a look at the local wildlife.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time in this great home. The house was very clean and everything was in very good condtion. The house is really tasteful furnished. The lanai and the dock were awesome places to enjoy the sun. We loved the location directly to the water. Marcelo was always very helpful and gave also many interesting advices for nearby activities. The house is worth it and we highly recommend a stay! We would rent it again.

Great house, great week!

The house was very well-appointed and extremely clean and organized. Beautiful design and great setup for our family. When the weather wasn’t great, having a comfortable house to hang in was helpful. Great spot for watching football! The pool was always warm, and the boat dock was safe and perfect for our rented boat. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Came here on a family vacation. What can I say but beautiful house. the pool was wonderful and big , kids loved it ! Area was nice just a short drive to Marco Island. Anything you need was in the house. A short ride to the everglades for fan boat tour with the kids , definitely try if in the area. Communication between owners and myself couldn't have been any easier . Any question or concerns I had they answered right away . Will Def rent again if in the area

Family 4th of July Vacay

We had an amazing time. The house was great, fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, clean, loved the decor, beach and airy atmosphere. We had our boat at the dock, the ramp it’s 2 miles away for the house, the boat stayed on the dock the entire stay and it was great. The terrace was cover and we also had an amazing time at the pool. Communication with Silvio was excellent, always with a prompt replied. Overall say was awesome, will definitely come back here.

Fantastic property with everything one needs to have a great stay. The pool and dock were just what we were wanting. 3 great sized bedrooms all with their own bathroom made the stay with 2 teenagers go smoothly. The hosts couldn't have been better to work with. They were great.

Wonderful Stay in Isles of Capri

Our first time in the Isles of Capri. Silvio and Mercedes' House was wonderful and the location was fab. Four nice relaxed restaurants and Tikki bars within walking distance. House facilities were first class, inside and out. Marco Island and Naples easily accessible by car. We also made use of the bikes which are available at the house. I'd definitely recommend the house and the Isles of Capri. We will return in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is everything advertised and more. Beautiful amenities, nice quiet neighborhood with a large pool. Isles of Capri is a hidden gem as is this house. We would stay here again. Spent spring break with the family at this home and it did not dissapoint.
