The dock offers instant fishing access and its own 18’ boat slip and there is direct access to the gulf with no bridges. The community pool is also easily accessible, located right outside the front door. Located near the 10,000 Islands and east of downtown Naples, Port of the Islands is a small community surrounded by canals and mangroves. The condo is on Tamiami Trail 20 minutes east of Naples and 15 miles east of Marco Island. Fishing, boating, watching the manatees, airboat tours, boat rentals and laying by the pool are just a few of the possible activities. Live music and a restaurant are offered at the nearby hotel.
This condo can sleep six comfortably. Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with a bright open living room and a beautiful unobstructed view of the marina. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware. The master bedroom and bath are on one side facing the marina where you have a relaxing water view from the bedroom window. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room as well. There is a washer and dryer and an ample supply of towels and linens.
This location gives you easy and affordable access to all the best Florida has to offer. Each guest subject to condo association approval which may take 2-4 weeks.
