Very nice home in a safe neighborhood that's just a short bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. The house was clean and comfortable with nice bedrooms, a functional kitchen, large dining table, cozy living room and game room. The (small) pool and spa were clean, the propane grill was ready to go and the garage was full of bikes, coolers and beach stuff. Perfect place for 2-3 couples or a small family.

Amazing House

This was a super clean, perfect house for a getaway. It easily fit me and my wife, but could definitely handle 4-6 people without much of an issue. If you have that many people, consider that there are only 2 bathrooms.Super safe, comfortable area. Looks exactly like the pictures, hot tub and pool are well maintained and fun. Tons of beaches and food everywhere nearby.Had a beach cart, umbrella, cooler, lots of beach stuff that were super convenient. Kitchen was great, plenty of space and utensils.Overall great house, one of my favorite properties I've been to!

Awesome Place

We loved this home in Naples. Everything you see on the listing is exactly as the home is. Plenty of room for six adults. The pool, hot tub & lanai was perfect for relaxing outside. Close to beach to ride bikes or take your car and park in garage. Plenty of chairs & umbrellas too. Communication with property manager was excellent! Thank you for sharing this home!!!!

Relaxing getaway

This was just what we needed. First time in Naples and the place was fabulous. Provided more than expected and a cute welcome gift that came to good use. North Naples Stay

House was in great condition and pictures look exactly like unit. They provided 6 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas and 3 bikes. Approximately 1 mile to the beach and the beach has a parking garage right by along with an easy pick up and drop off spot. Close to shopping, restaurants and only a 15 min drive to downtown Naples. Would recommend this place.

Overall. The property was very nice. We would stay there again. But only in the cooler months. We like the room temp to be 74 However their air conditioner could not maintain that temp During the day. The temp went up to 80 degrees. At night it was fine.

Pleased from the inside out

We loved walking in to a beautiful place with our welcome bag and gifts! Everything inside was updated and very comfortable and clean. The back yard was perfect! The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. Beautiful grass and fenced in with a nice privacy fence. The patio furniture was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach. This was our favorite house we have rented because they make sure they paid attention to detail. Everything was very relaxing and enjoyable.

A Gem in Naples Park

This home exceeded our expectations. The floorplan is spacious, the furniture is comfortable and attractive. All bedrooms have great decor and attractive linens. The bathrooms have counter space , good water pressure and are updated and clean. The kitchen is large , well stocked and has plenty of cabinet space. The screened porch in back, overlooks the pool and is very inviting. The backyard has a lovely pool and spa with clean water. We were able to find sun and shade at all times of day. The landscaping is truly beautuful and adds to the tranquil private vibe. We enjoyed this area very much and found it quiet and peaceful at all times of day. We would happily stay there again

Fantastic House with everything you could need

We had an amazing stay in Naples! We were down for a football camp with my son and the house was perfect! A great pool and spa to soak in after a long day at the fields! The house was great and the beds were super comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach and great restaurants. Mike was fantastic and even got us in early! My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks again for the hospitality!

Great location and house

We have been to Naples often to visit family. This was a great house and I always enjoy the Naples Park area, very convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. The house was perfect for us and having our son visit with our newest grandbaby! Highly recommend this property.
