Guest access
You'll have complete access to the house and all outdoor areas. There is parking in the driveway.

Other things to note
Minimum renter's age of 26 years old
Only confirmed booked guests...no visitors unless approved by host
No outside noise after 9 p.m.
No outside music
No parties or events
Booking adult must stay as guest during entire rental period
If guest brings more people than originally booked or fails to disclose a pet, the reservation will be cancelled, all guests will need to depart immediately and any refund will be forfeited.
$100 FEE for excessive garbage or failure to set out for collection

Just a few blocks away is Bayshore Bodega, a new neighbourhood coffee spot that’s perfect for morning drinks and quick bites. A car is the best way to get around, with quick 5–10 minute drives to beaches, dining, and shopping. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and the neighborhood is great for walking or biking to nearby waterways and parks. Kayaks are provided if you want to explore the canals right from the backyard. Parking in the driveway.
